Ordered wrong item but amazing customer service!
I ordered an item that didn't fit my bed, because of my own mistake. I contacted the company and they were fast, courteous, and very easy to work with. They gave me a full refund after I returned the item and I have purchased the correct item from them as a result. Pure pleasure to work with and very understanding that we sometimes make mistakes.
